Jonson manufactures wide range of idlers and frame to suit various requirements, Jonson idlers can supply idlers with a design capacity of 20,000 tph conveying speed of 5.4 m/s.

Various types of Idlers manufactured are of both Frame type (fixed) and Garland (Festoon). Idlers such as carrying, return, troughing training, impact, transition and pipe conveyor rollers. Apart from the regular types, Jonson also manufactures special requirements such as Non-Magnetic Idlers, Non-Magnetic Idlers for explosive material carrying, Rubberized low noise, pipe shape keeping, finger rollers, cradle type, inverted ‘V’, HDPE rolls, dead shaft rolls, picking table rolls, Self Adjusting Spring Loaded hollow shaft idlers, Special Low Run Out Idlers, etc.
