Governance is essential to demonstrating our integrity and building trust with all our stakeholders. It is integral to ensuring we are focused on the issues critical to our development and growth. This includes all aspects of sustainability.
We operate in all over India and have a dedicated team of professionals that have been deputed their roles based on the geographic locations. The Chief Marketing officeris responsible for gaining a complete feedback from resources that have been strategically placed based on the regions in India. One dedicated resource for each North, South, East & West Regions looking after the entire range of products that are being marketed and sold under the banner of Jonson Rubber Industries Limited.
Each functional group is supported by subject matter experts at the corporate and regional offices, and responsible for developing and implementing programs within core business areas that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The Social Committee
The purpose of the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee is to assist the Board on safety, health, social and environmental issues as well as aspects of transformation and localization and ethical conduct of the company and its officers. The Committee has an independent role, operating as an overseer with accountability to the Board.
